Can I export my data?+
Yes. Every table exports to CSV, and the full export is a ZIP of CSVs plus your uploaded receipts and images. On Free, reports and exports pause only after you pass 50 transactions in the current month; sales still record and every existing record stays readable. They resume next month or immediately on Pro.
Is this tax advice?+
No. Extruo organizes your numbers — a Schedule C-mapped P&L, sales-tax liability by jurisdiction, quarterly estimate worksheets — but it never files anything and it isn't a licensed tax professional. The reports are designed to hand to your CPA (or to make your own filing evening dramatically shorter).
What happens when my trial ends?+
You land on the Free plan automatically — no card was ever attached, so nothing is charged. Everything you entered stays. Queue and filament limits pause new additions; sales always keep recording, while reports and exports pause if the workspace is past 50 transactions that month. Nothing is ever deleted.
What happens at a Free limit?+
If you have 40 queue models and drop to Free (limit 25), all 40 stay visible and searchable — you just can't add another until you're back under the limit or on Pro. Filaments work the same way. The 50-transaction cap is different on purpose: sales never stop recording, but reports and exports pause after the cap until the next month or an upgrade.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. The 14-day trial gives you full Pro and asks for nothing. If it's not for you, you keep the Free plan and we part friends.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?+
Yes — billing runs on Stripe, and the customer portal lets you switch plans, update your card, or cancel yourself at any time. Annual billing is $108 ($9/month), saving $24 each year compared with monthly billing.
What's the refund policy?+
Your first monthly payment is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days. Your first annual payment is eligible for a full refund within 14 days or a prorated refund when requested from day 15 through day 30. Renewal payments are generally nonrefundable, although Extruo may approve exceptions for billing errors, prolonged material service failures, or other exceptional circumstances; legal rights that cannot be waived still apply.
